Creamy avocado and ripe papaya tossed with herbs and citrus, served on crispy plantain chips — the perfect blend of fresh, crunchy, and bright.
½ cup frozen papaya (thawed and diced)
1 ripe avocado (diced)
1 tbsp red onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
Juice of ½ lime
Salt & chili flakes (to taste)
Plantain chips or mini tostadas
Combine papaya, avocado, onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix gently and season.
Spoon onto plantain chips just before serving to avoid sogginess.
Garnish with a sprinkle of chili flakes or microgreens.
