Creamy avocado and ripe papaya tossed with herbs and citrus, served on crispy plantain chips — the perfect blend of fresh, crunchy, and bright.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen papaya (thawed and diced)

  • 1 ripe avocado (diced)

  • 1 tbsp red onion (finely chopped)

  • 1 tbsp cilantro (chopped)

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • Salt & chili flakes (to taste)

  • Plantain chips or mini tostadas

Directions

Combine papaya, avocado, onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix gently and season.

Spoon onto plantain chips just before serving to avoid sogginess.

Garnish with a sprinkle of chili flakes or microgreens.
