Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed salad greens (e.g., arugula, spinach, baby kale)

  • ½ cup frozen guava (thawed, cubed or sliced thin)

  • ¼ red onion (thinly sliced)

  • ¼ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese

  • ¼ cup toasted pecans or walnuts

  • Optional: sliced cucumber or radish

Citrus Vinaigrette

  • 3 tbsp orange juice

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp honey or agave

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Whisk together all vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl.

Toss greens with guava, onion, cheese, and nuts.

Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving.
