Quality Salad Recipe
A sweet and zesty salad with juicy guava, crisp greens, and creamy cheese, all brought together with a refreshing citrus vinaigrette. Light, bright, and full of flavor.
2 cups mixed salad greens (e.g., arugula, spinach, baby kale)
½ cup frozen guava (thawed, cubed or sliced thin)
¼ red onion (thinly sliced)
¼ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
¼ cup toasted pecans or walnuts
Optional: sliced cucumber or radish
3 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey or agave
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Whisk together all vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl.
Toss greens with guava, onion, cheese, and nuts.
Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving.
