Ingredients

  • Store-bought or homemade pastry dough

  • ¼ cup frozen mango (diced small, thawed)

  • ¼ cup frozen guava (diced small, thawed)

  • 1 tsp lime zest

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • Egg (for egg wash)

Directions

Mix fruits, lime zest, sugar, and cinnamon.

Roll out dough and cut small circles. Fill with a spoon of fruit mix and fold over.

Crimp edges with a fork, brush with egg wash, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 min until golden.

Serve warm with a honey-lime drizzle.
