A bright, refreshing salad bursting with sunshine flavors juicy citrus, sweet mango, and tangy passionfruit come together with crisp greens and a light honey-lime dressing. Perfect for a tropical twist on your table.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed greens (arugula, baby spinach, or spring mix)

  • 1 large orange, peeled and segmented

  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced

  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup toasted coconut flakes

  • ¼ cup cashews or macadamia nuts (lightly toasted)

Vinaigrette

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1/2 cup of Our Farm and Function Passionfruit, thawed                              
  • 1 tbsp honey (or agave for vegan)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.

On a large platter or salad bowl, layer the mixed greens, citrus segments, mango, and red onion.

Spoon the passionfruit pulp over the salad for tangy bursts of flavor.

Sprinkle with toasted coconut and nuts.

Drizzle with the honey-lime dressing just before serving.

✨ Optional:
Garnish with fresh mint leaves for extra brightness.
