A tropical cocktail that’s equal parts juicy, vibrant, and dangerously smooth — made with your frozen mango and pineapple for that perfect Caribbean chill.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 2 oz white rum

  • 1 oz dark rum (for depth)

  • 1 oz coconut cream

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • ½ oz simple syrup or honey

  • ¼ cup orange juice

  • A splash of sparkling water (optional, for a lighter finish)

  • Crushed ice

For the Garnish:

  • Pineapple wedge or mango slice
  • Fresh mint
  • Lime wheel or rim salt/sugar mix (optional)

Directions

Blend it up:
In a blender, add the frozen mango, pineapple, rums, coconut cream, lime juice, simple syrup, orange juice, and a handful of crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Adjust to taste:
Want it stronger? Add a splash more dark rum. Prefer it lighter? Add a touch of sparkling water after blending.

Serve:
Pour into two chilled cocktail glasses. Garnish with mint, fruit slices, or even a little umbrella if you’re feeling festive.
