Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, ginger and honey. Allow to thicken in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
In a blender add ½ cup of mixed fruits along with ¼ cup coconut milk and honey. Blend until smooth, then add the first layer of smoothie to your glass followed by the chia pudding.
Repeat the process with ½ cup papaya, turmeric and honey. Add this last layer
of smoothie to your glass and enjoy.
